A Lovely Friday Afternoon.
A Horrible Monday Night.
The snow is back. The less said on that the better! Last Friday it reached up to 18C which to be fair, considering we hit -16C that was a huge improvement. It has lasted one day. On Friday, the sun came out- i thought the shorts and T-shirts were a little optimistic but whatever and then it snowed. on Friday, Punxsutawney Phil was the light of my life, an absolute little gem for predicting correctly...now on the other hand i could kill him. No wonder he wandered back into his little hole where no one can get to him!!!
The last week has been pretty much dedicated to revision- something i am not all that familiar with. Poetry test and then a Philosophy exam on Monday, needless to say i treated myself to a "Brit DVD" night.
Saturday night my room mate and i along with our friend hit the town for what was meant to be dinner and a movie but turned into a whole load of Guinness, cocktails, food and a movie. We saw Unknown, it wasn't the best film ever but it certainly wasn't the worst. What I'm finding pretty cool is that i get to see all the movies that come out before people in England do- although it causes slight confusion within conversations.
Just have to remember its about ten days until i am heading to New York for a flight to Las Vegas!
